This role is responsible for building and optimizing the CRM infrastructure (HubSpot), designing lifecycle flows, reducing churn, and improving conversion through data-driven messaging strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and clinic teams to bring programs to life across our growing footprint.

Job Class and Reports To:The CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Manager position is a full-time, exempt position that reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

Work Location: This position will be hybrid, with 1–2 in-office days per week in the Irvine area, and offers flexibility once the individual is fully established in the role.
Responsibilities
CRM Ownership
Own HubSpot setup, property creation, list management, and overall data hygiene
Collaborate with agency and internal teams to maintain technical infrastructure
Ensure compliance with CCPA, CMIA, and email/SMS best practices
Lifecycle Program Development
Build segmented campaigns across the patient lifecycle (new leads, new patients, repeat visitors, churn risk, etc.)
Automate workflows for follow-up, education, re-engagement, and upsell opportunities
Create seasonal and behavioral campaigns (e.g. cold & flu season, unused credits, birthday perks)
Retention & Churn Management
Monitor membership usage and cancellation patterns; develop proactive retention triggers
Launch campaigns to re-engage dormant patients and encourage membership restarts
Partner with product and operations teams on patient feedback and satisfaction
Performance Analysis
Track campaign KPIs (open rates, conversions, usage lift, etc.) and report monthly
Continuously A/B test subject lines, send times, offers, and journeys
Use insights to iterate, improve, and scale lifecycle strategy
Collaboration & Campaign Execution
Work closely with Marketing leadership and project teams to align messaging and drive results
Support local campaigns for new clinic launches and regional promotions
Brief creative needs (email visuals, landing pages, forms) and manage timely execution
Skills & Qualifications
4–6 years in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in multi-location healthcare, wellness, or retail
Proven experience with HubSpot or similar platforms (Klaviyo, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Strong project management and attention to detail
Data-driven mindset with comfort using reporting tools and dashboards
Excellent written communication and copy QA
Passion for wellness and patient-centered care
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time if needed
Must be able to traverse the entire facility
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
